Licensing Server Outage

At approximately 5:45pm EST on 04/25/2013 our primary hosting server experienced an Apache configuration error that resulted in our primary licensing server and billing system to go offline for several hours. The issue was the result of a greater upgrade to the most recent CentOS that was started late last week. The issue has now been resolved and service restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will work to keep this from happening again in the future.
