1. Log into your cpanel: http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel
2. Same user name and pass as listed above.
3. Under "files" in the right column click FTP accounts
4. Type in a user name
5. Use the Password Generator button to create a secure password "MAKE SURE YOU COPY AND PASTE IT SOMEWHERE YOU CAN FIND IT LATER"
6. Set the Quota, this is the size of the FTP you can leave it at unlimited but if too much data is stored here your hosting account may need to be upgraded.
7. Click Create account.
8. The FTP host is www.yourdomainname.com
9. The User Name what you typed in (you don't have to type in @yourdomainname.com)
10. And the Password is what you created it as.
